CyanogenMod 11 M7 is based on Android 4.4.2, CyanogenMod is one of the most popular Android-based custom ROM. Using Custom ROM you get power to customize your Smartphone. Using CyanogenMod you can easily modify both the UI and the user experience.
Install CyanogenMod 11 on Samsung Galaxy Y S5360
STEP 1 :- Download cyanogenmod11 M7.zip and Download Gapps.zip
NOTE :- Ensure that your smartphone is completely charge, There must be at least 70% battery left.
STEP 2:- Now Copy both Files CyanogenMod and Gapps on your SD-Card
STEP 3 :- Power off your Mobile and Restart your Phone in your recovery mode (Press the Volume Down Key + Power key).
STEP 4 :- From the recovery mode go to install from SD card. Choose the CyanogenMod 11 M7 package.
STEP 5 :- In CyanogenMod 11 M7 go to Mounts and Storage first and format /system, /data and /cache.
STEP 6 :- Go back to main menu in CyanogenMod and choose install zip from sdcard and choose zip from sdcard.
STEP 7 :- Apply cyanogenmod11M7.zip
STEP 8 :- Then choose GAPP package and Install it also.
STEP 9 :- Once reboot your phone done for the first time, the phone needs to build up the dalvik cache.
NOTE :- Backup your phone data completely, Using Backup application like Titanium Backup or Nandroid.
