Creating Fake Facebook Accounts and Fooling others is a new Trend on Facebook. Their are 25-30% of total fake Facebook Accounts and they are Increasing now a days. This Fake Facebook accounts are mainly created to send Spam and Spread Virus all over the Internet. Facebook can’t detect weather the account is real or fake. So if you find any Account to be fake account Just Block that Account, So if their are many Block to same account then Facebook will delete that account.
How to detect a fake facebook account
1) Profile Pic :- If the User don’t have Profile Pic or Using any funny Pic and you don’t know that User, Please Don’t add that user to your Friend List. Next is Just download your friends profile pic and goto google Image Search and click on upload an Image and choose your friends profile pic and it will show you Similar Images that already thier on Internet.
2) Timeline :- Check for Posts, any status updates or any comments. If the user is not updating status or not commenting on any post for Long Period of time then that means that profile may be a fake profile.
3) Check Birthday :- If you Find something Suspicious Looking at a profile, Directly Click on About Page it will give full detail about the User. Now Check for Birthday dates if it is 1st January or 31st December, directly Block that User because most of the fake profile use this type of birth dates.
4) Mutual Friends :- Check out the friend list, if thier is any mutual friend present and also check the friends.
5) Contact details :- Check for Contact Info, and if the user is having Contact details and the profile is of any girls. Then that profile is a fake profile because girls don’t like to add thier phone no. in Public
6) About :- Check About Such as school or education institutions or workplace and where he lives and check the relationship status from which you can get weather the account is fake or real.
